How much space do we need for the dump bin?

Depending on the size of the dump bin you order, you may need from 50-80 feet of length for the delivery. We also need clearance overhead from power, cable lines and tree branches when unloading and loading the dump bin on your site.

How long is the dump bin rental period?

Our normal dump bin rental period allows for up to 7 days usage. A drop off and pick up date will be scheduled at the time of reservation. Any changes or additional days will be based on availability. There is a $10 per day overage charge for additional days.

What if I need the dump bin emptied and brought back?

If you need the dump bin emptied and brought back, this is called a swap out and cost the same amount as the initial dump bin rental. We charge by the load.

How full can I fill the dump bin?

By law all dumps bins must be tarped to contain debris during transportation, therefore, please do not fill the dump bin over the top edges of the dump bin. All items must fit inside the dump bin. Each load must be tarped. We can not pick up any overloaded dump bin. All customers will be responsible for removing any excess and will be charged a $125.00 trip charge.

What if I go over the allowed weight allowance?

There is a prorated, $50 per ton, overweight charge if you are over the allowed weight capacity.

What items CAN NOT be put in the dump bin?

No hazardous materials, industrial waste, tires, waste materials, liquids, asbestos, gas, oil, aerosol cans, medical or bio-hazard waste, chemicals, paint cans (unless dry with top off), freon, animals, mattresses, couches, stuffed chairs, perishable items (kitchen trash with food items) or large appliances. No TVs or computer equipment, such as desktop monitors, printers, scanners and keyboards..

*Note: a charge will be incurred for any prohibited items

Can I put yard debris in the dump bin?

Yard debris is allowed but must be kept in a separate dump bin from other material waste.

How do I prepare my landscaping debris?

Do NOT bag leaves. All landscaping debris must be in natural form. No synthetic material at all! Put heavy items on top of lighter ones to prevent them from blowing out during transportation.

How do I protect my driveway?

We encourage you, if you are concerned about cracks or scratches on the concrete, to place 2 sheets of plywood on the ground where the dump bin will be placed. We have not had an issue with this in the past and we take great care to ensure the safety of the delivery area, however, cracks and scratches CAN occur. Please note that customer assumes all liability  for damages to all driving surfaces, ground, shrubs, and landscaping around placement site. Please note, most municipalities do not allow dumpsters on public streets so plan to put the container in your driveway or yard.

Changes to my order or request a pickup?

Please call us toll free at 833-2-DUMP Binz or 833-238-6724 with any changes or requests as soon as they become known to you. No additional charges are incurred if you call us at least 24 hours in advance of any requested service.

What if I order a final pull on my dumpster but I am not ready when the driver reaches me?

An additonal fee of $85 will be incurred as a wasted trip charge and we will reschedule your service at that time.

Do I need to be there when my container arrives or is taken?

Not necessarily. If you can give us a good description of the delivery location, we will do our best to place it accordingly. We do recommend your presence however, as a precaution.

When is payment due?

Payment is due in FULL  upon ordering the dumpster or services.
